Experience
I am a leader in UX industry focusing on UX research and service design. I have a BFA in visual communication from Washington University in St. Louis and an MFA in interaction design from the School of Visual Arts, New York.
My 15+ year journey in the UX industry has seen me grow to where I am today starting with information design, through UI/UX design to UX research, strategy and service design. Having gained a thorough understanding of the whole UX process, I have mentored and taught UX design at General Assembly.
With my unique experience, I communicate and synthesize ideas using visualizations. I use user flows, service blue print, user journey maps and other data visualization in my work.
My varied experiences across different companies has helped me become extremely flexible in the way I work. I believe in working towards my client's goals and have no problems with leading or assisting projects, large or small.
